There are several methods to getting leads for your online business.
There are 2 schools of thought with this.
One is paid traffic. Pay money for traffic. Or there is free traffic. Where you basically get free traffic that you don't pay for.
Whichever is best for you is great. For example on this blog. It cost me absolutely zero to maintain this blog.
Sure, its not fancy and doesn't have a .com. But Its free for me to use. So the people that read this blog become free traffic for me and check out what I have to offer and sign up to my list for free by me providing them help, and real value that is useful for them.
You see that's how it works. You have to be resourceful. Sure this blog is not overly popular, and the designs quite frankly suck compared to someone spending money for hosting, and spending money for their .com etc.
Sure it doesn't cost much to maintain a more profeesionl looking blog. But, why should I do that if I can still share amazing content and valuable content that you can use without me having to spend a dime?
That is free traffic style.
Now paid traffic to get leads is when you pay a solo ad vendor to run emails for your offer. Or if you do facebook ads. The paid ads way is a great way to scale your business up faster. Because you leverae your money into ads. Then your job at that point is to tweak and continue to use money to get a much higher conversion.
This costs money.
