2. Doing Tasks One at a time. When you start to work on your tasks. Don't stop until you are complete with your task. This will raise your self esteem and motivate you to continue. The key here is to do these tasks until you are completed. When you do this you will feel a lot better when you are complete.
3. Ask for Help. When you get lost in your quest of building your business, always start with asking the right questions to the right people, and you will feel more in control of your life. You will feel very focused and do things more effectively if indeed you ask for help and follow through.
